DELIVERIES Deliveries are made by recorded Royal Mail First Class Post. Carriage prices cover all mainland UK addresses. However deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man can be arranged for an additional charge please contact Deli Vignette for details. All address information must be accurate, including the postcode and recipients phone number. Deli Vignette cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Deli Vignette offers fast UK delivery. We only require 2 working days to process and deliver your order. For example orders placed up to midnight on Monday can be delivered on Wednesday. We normally have all the items listed on the website in stock. Occasionally, due to seasonal demand, we have to order the items. We will contact you and inform you of the lead time or offer you a replacement or cancellation of the order. |

Deli Vignette will endeavour to deliver on the requested day but delays may occur at busy periods that are beyond their control. In the unlikely event of a delay Deli Vignette can provide a Parcel Force tracking number to track the shipment made. PRICE All prices on the Deli Vignette website are in Pounds Sterling. The price per item you will be charged will be the price advertised on their website at the time you place your order, including, where appropriate, all applicable taxes. Deli Vignette reserve the right to modify the price of any item, or any of the contents contained in their gifts or hamper gift baskets, at any time without prior notice. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on their website, Deli Vignette reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling any order at that price. The customer will be notified by telephone or e-mail informing them of the correct price, and given the choice either to proceed with the order or to cancel that item. Deli Vignette reserves the right to substitute any items included in hampers with items of similar or greater value, if for any reason those listed on the web site are unavailable. Deli Vignette uses the word Hamper in a general sense to refer to any container used in which they pack a selection of food and wines. Where baskets or special containers are used, it is clearly stated. |

PRODUCT INFORMATIONSome product lines of Deli Vignette may contain traces of either nuts or nut oils. Manufacturers of these products label their packaging within regulation guidelines. There is only a 95% guarantee that stones are removed from fresh olive product range.
FORCE MAJEURE Deli Vignette will make every reasonable effort to ensure that we carry out our contract, we shall not, however, be held liable for any loss, damage or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as, but not limited to: Laws and regulations, acts of God, fire, flood, industrial action, judicial action, drought, failure or delays in method of transportation, riots and wars or other cause beyond our control.

DAMAGED GOODS All goods damaged or lost in transit will be met in full provided that goods are signed for upon receipt as either "unexamined" or "damaged" and the carriers and Deli Vignette are informed immediately and confirmed in writing within three days of delivery. Damaged goods need to be retained for inspection and it may be necessary to return the items at Deli Vignette’s expense before replacement or refund, this being at our option. Please ensure returned goods show the full name and address of the sender. Our liability is limited to the selling price of the goods in all cases. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION If you are happy with the service you received, or if there are any other items you would like us to stock please let us know.
