Piri Piri Chilli Stuffed Olives

Stuffed with a whole Spanish piri piri chilli and a little extra virgin olive oil...hot....hot...hot !!!

 Greek Garlic pickled in a wine vinegar then covered in a Penguen Sauce  ( no penguins were harmed during the production of this sauce). Penguen sauce is medium chilli, tomato and herb sauce.

Pickled Shallots in Penguen Sauce

Shallots pickled in a turmeric vinegar then covered in a Penguen sauce.  Crisp and full of flavour with a tiny chilli bite.
