ONLINE ORDERING & PAYMENT
Deli Vignette
takes payments online by clicking on the
‘Add to Basket’ button by
your chosen item. You will be taken to the Paypal payments page where your
item will now be listed. Press the
'Continue Shopping'
button, this takes you back to where you were to browse further. You
may view your Shopping Basket at any time by clicking on the
‘View Basket’
button located in
the Top Right Hand Corner of each web page.
When you have finished shopping simply click on the
‘Go To Checkout’
button on the payments page where you will continue through the payment
process. Fill in the boxes required inc. Name, Delivery Address, e-mail,
telephone no. and Card Details.
Deli Vignette accepts payment by credit
and debit card through Paypal. We take your online payment security
seriously and at any time you are able to click on this
Before orders are dispatched, all payments will be processed. Please ensure that the details you provide are correct. Deli Vignette will not accept responsibility for any orders not processed due to invalid or incorrect payment details given. |

PRICES All prices on the Deli Vignette website are in Pounds Sterling. The price per item you will be charged will be the price advertised on their website at the time you place your order, including where appropriate, all applicable taxes. Deli Vignette reserve the right to modify the price of any item, at any time without prior notice. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on their website, Deli Vignette reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling any order at that price. The customer will be notified by telephone or e-mail informing them of the correct price, and given the choice either to proceed with the order or to cancel that item. DELIVERIES Deliveries are made by either our Courier ParcelForce or, with certain products, by recorded Royal Mail First Class Post. Carriage prices cover all mainland UK addresses. However deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man can be arranged for an additional charge please contact Deli Vignette for details. All address information must be accurate, including the postcode and recipients phone number. Deli Vignette cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Deli Vignette offers fast UK delivery. We only require 2-3 working days to process and deliver your order. We normally have all the items listed on the website in stock. Occasionally, due to seasonal demand, we have to order the items. We will contact you and inform you of the lead time or offer you a replacement or cancellation of the order. Our courier, ParcelForce Worldwide delivers between 9am to 5pm and we are unable to specify an exact delivery time. All deliveries require a signature. Where ParcelForce is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will automatically re-deliver the next working day. If nobody is there on the second day, a card will be left with contact details for the local depot and the item can be collected from there by the recipient. If the recipient fails to make contact within 21 days, the goods are returned to Deli Vignette, and a charge will be incurred for re-delivery. Deli Vignette will endeavour to deliver on the requested day but delays may occur at busy periods that are beyond their control. In the unlikely event of a delay Deli Vignette can provide a ParcelForce tracking number to track the shipment made. ----------------------------------
