Spring meadowland flower honey from Monte Cimino.  Golden and liquid in the spring, setting to creamy thick in cooler weather.

Dark and creamy thick, this aromatic, toffee-like honeydew is made from tree and leaf resins at the height of summer and doesn’t set easily.
